You are permitted to hold only one Account with olle99. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If we identify duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to consolidate balances or void transactions as we deem appropriate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify olle99 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. olle99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account that occurs before you have notified us of such unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), proof of payment method ownership, and notarized documents if deemed necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed.
Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until identity verification has been successfully completed. We aim to complete verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents during business days, though processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional review is required.
olle99 accepts deposits via bank transfers to major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. If you make a deposit or withdrawal in a different currency, your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates that are beyond olle99's control. To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures, and you must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotional credits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though unusually large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification procedures.

olle99 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets. However, your receiving financial institution may apply receiving fees or charges that are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
olle99 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to Users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are provided at the time the bonus is offered and must be accepted by the User before the bonus is activated.
Unless otherwise specified in the specific bonus terms, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Users may only have one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all active bonuses. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited, and only your deposited funds (minus any amounts already wagered and lost) will be eligible for withdrawal.
